Tanzania offers outstanding bird shooting and nobody is in a better position than us to organise a successful shoot.
The Season
1st. July – 31st. December
The Shoot
We run bird shoots in our private concessions in Northern Tanzania. These areas offer some of the best bird shooting available in Africa, with abundant numbers of both big and small game birds. We run these safaris on a basis of a minimum of 4 guns, but groups of up to 8 guns and any non-shooting companions can be accommodated.
Minimum safari duration is 7 days, and an ideal itinerary would include 3 days in Burko Masailand, and 4 Days in Maswa Makau, with a break in between to visit the Ngorongoro Crater.
The Bag
A Tanzania Bird Shooting License permits a total bag of 50 birds per gun per day, in any combination of game species.
