David joined Robin Hurt in 1993 as Chief Executive Officer having worked in the Tourism Industry since 1970. David has seen a steady growth within the group and is Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Robin Hurt, David worked for 15 years managing Abercrombie & Kent’s Operations in Kenya and was a member of the Board of Director’s. He opened Abercrombie & Kent operating offices in Arusha – Tanzania, Cairo – Egypt, Harare – Zimbabwe and Johannesburg – South Africa. David was responsible for designing and implementing in bound tour operator systems for all Abercrombie & Kent ground offices worldwide. During his time with Abercrombie & Kent David traveled extensively throughout Africa and also the USA and Europe.
David’s expertise and experience in planning safaris is unrivaled in the safari business.
